ROOM CARD

Keep your room card with you when you go to breakfast, any other meals or to spa or sportshall. With your room card you have access the entry gates.

SMOKING

Please, do not smoke or use electronic cigarettes inside the hotel room or anywhere in the hotel. Smoking in the balcony is not allowed.

If you smoke in the room, you will be charged full clearing costs, minimum of 200€.

SAFETY

In case of fire alarm, get out of the building to assembly point. Santasport rescue team is wearing a high visibility safety vest.

  2. Follow signs out of the building to assembly points – Don’t use elevator!
