First Snow Track
First Snow Season 2023 has ended!
Start your skiing season at the end of October in excellent conditions in Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi. The length of the first snow track is 8 kilometers in total. There is a charge for the first snow track until the tracks made of natural snow are ready.
First Snow Track in Rovaniemi
The first snow track is a paid track section made of preserved snow, which enables the start of the cross-country skiing season even before the actual natural snow tracks are ready.
You have to buy either a season or day pass for the first snow track, which entitles you to use the track during the first snow season.
