Ski Trail Network
Santasport Lapland Sports Institute is situated along the excellent ski trail network of Rovaniemi. Rovaniemi has approx. 200 kilometers of maintained ski trails, which offer changing terrain in picturesque environment
About 100 kilometers of well-maintained cross-country ski trails in Ounasvaara are part of the city’s over 200 kilometers of cross-country ski trails. The ski trails start right next to Santasport’s yard. Cross-country skiers will be able to navigate the beautiful glacier-shaped landscapes that bring a nice variety to skiing. As of 1 February 2019, Rovaniemen Latu ja Reitti oy and Maansiirto Kemppe are responsible for the maintenance of the ski slopes.
